The Online Shop TRASH4FLASH (”Website”), is a service provided solely for customers’ personal use for the sale of jewellery and accessories (“Items”). Access to and use of this Website and the products and services available through this Website are subject to the following terms andconditions.
TRASH4FLASH has taken great care to ensure that the Items on its website are presented as accurately as possible. However, colour clarity will depend upon customers’ own personal monitors and TRASH4FLASH therefore cannot guarantee that the colour of the actual Item is absolutely accurate.
Eligibility for purchasing Items on this Website (TRASH4FLASH):
1. Be the holder of a valid debit/credit card.
2. Warrant that the personal information, which customers are required to provide when placing an order is true, accurate and current.
By using this site customers agree to comply with, and be bound by, these Terms. TRASH4FLASH may change these Terms at its sole discretion. By using this Website after any change(s), customers agree to comply with, and be bound by, the Terms as updated.
Making A Purchase
When a customer orders an Item from TRASH4FLASH the customer is offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. The customer will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of user-fiendly instructions on the Website. Once a customer has placed an order, they will receive an email from TRASH4FLASH, acknowledging the exact details of the order.
TRASH4FLASH may not accept a customer’s order if:
1. TRASH4FLASH is unable to obtain authorisation for the customer’s payment or,
2. If TRASH4FLASH identifies a product or pricing error. TRASH4FLASH reserves the right to reject any offer to purchase by a customer at any time and at the sole discretion of TRASH4FLASH.
If TRASH4FLASH is unable to fulfil a customer’s order, will contact the customer by email (see Returns policy). If TRASH4FLASH can’t supply any Item it will release the funds being held in the customer’s account for the purchase.
Payment & Security
Payment can be made using all major credit and debit cards through PayPal Secure ePayments tool. The customer confirms that the credit/debit card that is being used is their own or that they have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the customer’s payment card refuses to authorise payment to TRASH4FLASH, TRASH4FLASH will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
TRASH4FLASH takes all reasonable care to make its Site secure. TRASH4FLASH does not store customers’ credit card details on its systems, however all other details will be fully encrypted and only used to process the order which the customer has initiated. To help ensure that the customer’s shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, TRASH4FLASH uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, the industry standard in transferring information to process customer orders.
Furthermore, TRASH4FLASH will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in its power to do so, to keep the details of customers’ orders and payments secure, but in the absence of negligence on TRASH4FLASH’s part, TRASH4FLASH cannot be held liable for any loss the customer may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data the customer provides when accessing or ordering from the Site.
Credit Cards Payment
The customer’s credit card company may undertake an additional security check to confirm it is the customer making the order. TRASH4FLASH will retain the legal ownership of the Items until full payment has been made by the customer, and such payment has been received by TRASH4FLASH. Legal ownership of the Items will immediately revert to TRASH4FLASH if it refunds any such payment to the customer.
Returning a Gift
If you have received an item from TRASH4FLASH as a gift you can exchange it for another item of the same value or more provided you pay the cost difference and the additional shipping, as a result of exchange.
Coupons
Discounts may be offered to selected customers at TRASH4FLASH’s complete discretion.
Force Majeure
TRASH4FLASH shall have no liability to the customer for any failure to deliver goods they have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
