Meet the Designer


At her atelier in Athens, Katerina focuses on designing ethical jewelry that reflect the dynamic and forward attitude that Slow Fashion deserves.

Following her studies in Athens in the field of Marketing, she mastered in online fashion advertising and communication at Bournemouth University (U.K.). Working in advertising and market research led to a later career shift towards fashion jewellery design.
Currently living in Athens, she is looking to share the unique vision of TRASH4FLASH, while promoting the Brand both nationally and internationally.
For two years, in 2006 and 2007, she participates in local art exhibitions and Fashion projects and in May 2007 she presents her first experimental collection at the European Eco festival in Athens.
On the runway, she has presented her (2011) Capsule collection at SIC Fashion Show in Nafplio. Following, in 2014 she lands a collaboration to showcase her Fall/Winter collection at SHIN Gallery – New York in “Complete Parts” exhibition. In 2015 she participates in Fashion Crowd Challenge-FCC, an international online design competition, ranking in the top 20 out of 1,200 designers.
Achieving partnerships in the field of Slow Fashion design, brought among others, a collaboration with Maison Du Lusso online platform in Chile, presenting TRASH4FLASH as their Ambassador of sustainable luxury fashion (2016). A unique milestone in her journey was a collaboration with Style n’ Trashion (2017), featuring her work in a limited edition book “TRASHION FORWARD The Rise of Sustainable Luxury”, planned to be published in April 2018 in London.
