TRASH4FLASH has a 7day, no-questions-asked, Exchange policy for all products.
Please note, that returned products are accepted for the sole purpose of exchanging. Full refunds are not applicable, except in the case of faulty items.
New items should be of equal or bigger value.
Ensure that all items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags and original packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be processed.
- ORIGINAL SHIPPING charges are Non-refundable, except in the case of faulty items.
- RETURNED SHIPPING charges would be bored by you, except in the case of faulty items.
To return an item for Exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Our Customer Service specifying your order number and the item/s you want to exchange
- Pack the items (original packaging is required)
- Take the parcel to your post office. Please remember to ask you post office/carrier for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference
New products will be shipped once returned products are received.
In case of faulty items, we’ll refund the total cost (Product price + Shipping charges) upon receipt of the returned items, using the same method you originally used to pay.
If you return your purchase after the period outlined above, we reserve the right not to offer you a refund in full.
